Swedish, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based psychological treatments for adolescents, young adults, and adults. Dr. Swedish has experience treating a wide range of problems including depression, anxiety disorders, social anxiety, relational difficulties, stress, and managing life transitions. Dr. Swedish also helps clients work on issues related to developing a sense of purpose, establishing healthy relationships, increasing self-compassion, and improving overall quality of life.
Dr. Swedish received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Toledo and completed her postdoctoral fellowship at Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, MA. She has worked and trained in multiple settings including hospitals, college psychology clinics, and outpatient community clinics.
